- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment platforms to advertise job openings.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry roles and requirements.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
- Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR) or similar certification is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- This position may require occasional travel to meet with clients and candidates.
- The role may involve working outside of regular business hours to accommodate client and candidate schedules.
