What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source, interview, and recruit candidates for various positions within the organization
- Manage job offers and coordinate new hire paperwork
- Maintain databases and act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and strategies
- Address co-worker issues and policy questions in the absence of the HR Director
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience
- Required education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and relate to a diverse population
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in attending recruitment events and representing an organization
- Ability to analyze data and recommend improvements based on best practices
