What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven success in recruiting, sales, or other metrics-driven environments, preferably in healthcare
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical information understandably
