What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals to meet staffing needs
- Independently screen, qualify, and select candidates based on client specifications
- Maintain internal databases to track candidate and sourcing information
- Respond to inbound candidate applications and manage communication regarding employment possibilities
- Collaborate with internal sales and recruiting teams to enhance success and credibility
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of professional customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of the healthcare industry and active affiliation with healthcare organizations
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Strong ability to multi-task and organize in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to travel during strike events
