Responsibilities

Team Select Home Care is looking for a Regional Recruiter to join our Team Select family. The Regional Recruiter will help recruit for a specific area for multiple positions such as nurses, occupational therapist, physical therapist, and more. The Regional Recruiter will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

• Maintain a current awareness of the open positions for field staff in collaboration with Clinical Supervisor, Director of Nursing and scheduling department. Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with managers.


• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, employment agencies, other recruiters, media and internet sites. Checks resources.


• Complete "internal sales calls” and setting appointments with candidates and managers


• Demonstrate an ability to identify problems and initiative to reach quality decisions


• Maintain relationships with clients and employees and promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships


• Meet all deadlines on special projects as assigned


• Follow and promote the Compliance Plan


• Establish community involvement which would promote recruiting goals


• Achieve recruiting goals as set up monthly


• Maintain a working relationship with candidates after the hire process and communicate any challenges or need for process changes to the hiring managers


• Monitor all recruiting sources daily


• Perform all other job tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• College degree, preferred.


• 2 years full recruiting experience, preferred.


• iCIMS ATS experience preferred


• Excellent business decorum and appearance
