What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement independent recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and evaluate healthcare professionals
- Cultivate a network of potential candidates to meet company goals
- Negotiate compensation packages with candidates while maintaining acceptable margins
- Maintain accurate candidate files and ensure compliance with credentialing requirements
- Complete weekly recruitment reports and meet productivity metrics/goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or four years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare recruiting
- Experience supporting recruitment for a large healthcare or hospital system
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting and employment regulations, policies, and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media recruitment sources
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to maintain positive client and candidate relationships
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
