What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Place outgoing calls to potential employees for recruiting purposes
- Communicate assignment and benefits details thoroughly to minimize traveler-initiated cancellations
- Serve as a consultant to nursing hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment and HR policies
- Actively source and place qualified candidates with clients nationally
- Conduct reference verifications and resolve employment issues as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or sales experience
- Strong critical thinking and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service, negotiating, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Work experience in the healthcare or staffing environment
- Two (2) or four (4) year degree
