Master’s degree in pharmacy/life sciences/pharmaceutical management is required.
Relevant experience of 3+ years of in the biopharma, healthcare, market research, or financial sector is required.
In-depth knowledge of at least one therapeutic area is required.
In-depth knowledge of oncology market and products.
Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets
Advanced degree (PhD in pharmacy or life sciences) is a plus.
A flexible and collaborative approach to work.
Ability to interact and build relationships with co-workers
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Global experience and experience in directly working with global stakeholders is preferable.
Excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) with ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and objectively in both written and spoken English
Critically analyzes and interprets complex clinical data and commercial information from a multitude of data sources, and draws conclusions to evaluate market trends, assess commercial opportunities and assist in building market forecasts.
Assists in design of primary market research surveys including questionnaires.
Conducts primary research via surveys with medical and health experts.
Uses sound judgement regarding project scope, breadth of coverage and creativity in project design beyond the templates.
Translates domain/therapeutic expertise, primary market research and secondary market research data into knowledge and insights for client needs.
Effectively communicates these insights to the appropriate audience via written reports.
With minimal supervision, prioritizes and manages the execution of multiple projects.
Ensures deliverables are of high quality and on time.
Identifies problems in advance and recommends solutions.
Demonstrates sound decision-making ability.

We are looking for a Healthcare Research & Data Analyst to join our Biopharma team in Barcelona, Spain. This is an amazing opportunity to work on an insights-based market assessment report developed for pharma clients. We have a great skill set in pharma market assessment, competitive assessment, and forecasting and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in pharma market research.

About the Team
Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours a week (35 hours during July and August). The position is hybrid going to our office in Barcelona (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week.
