Your mission and responsibilities: As an Enterprise Services Healthcare Solutions Architect, you will also use your industry knowledge, specifically, diagnostic Imaging and radiotherapy, and technical acumen to architect innovative custom solutions that combine Siemens and 3rd-party products and services. This is a remote position but will involve frequent travel to support customer engagements. In this Healthcare Solutions Architect role, you can also expect to: Lead ES bid submissions/proposal development Develop and orchestrate partnership with internal and external stakeholders in line with ES strategy and principles Drive business growth through successful delivery of assigned projects Support in the development and delivery of ES business strategy working across the Siemens Healthineers business areas (BA), aligned to the changing customer environment Educate and support customers and partner organisations on the ES portfolio to drive ES business success Create/architect solutions that elevate Siemens position in the market, provide competitive advantage, and tangibly advance customer objectives in areas adjacent to Siemens products through a compelling value proposition Prospect and support Consulting and Transformation engagements as required Identify new areas for expansion of business scope through working with external organisations Manage risks and opportunities for opportunities to minimise exposure Your qualifications and experience: To apply for this Healthcare Solution Architect role, you will need a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related fields and a proven track record in Healthcare/Tech management. You will also require the following: An in depth understanding of the changing Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy environment and to use this knowledge to teach and influence key stakeholders as to the use of Siemens Healthineers as the preferred partner of choice Proven track record delivering high-quality results under time pressure Excellent knowledge and experience of healthcare in the UK and Ireland Ideally, experience in Managed Equipment Services (healthcare provider - industry partnerships) including legal, commercial, and financing issues Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen, and advanced negotiation influencing and interpersonal skills Strong presentation, English-language communication, and writing skills with an ability to articulate complex ideas to c-suite level clients and senior stakeholders in the organisation Please get in touch with the Siemens Healthineers team today to apply for this remote full-time Lead Solution Architect position.
