What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional technical support to healthcare customers via phone, email, chat, and self-service
- Respond promptly to all incoming contacts, resolving over 90% of issues at first contact
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to corporate policies while delivering high-quality customer service
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Identify areas for improvement in processes, products, or services, ensuring customer needs are addressed effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare systems customer service experience
- Must demonstrate shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience in a contact center or healthcare setting
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Strong bilingual skills in both written and spoken English and Spanish
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
