- Prioritize tasks and ensure resource availability.
- Provide accurate information and documentation promptly.
- Investigate issues, propose solutions, and manage budgets.
- Engage in self-development and produce quality construction products.
- Track quantities, review invoices, and manage change orders.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in engineering and heavy civil highway construction projects ($30M to $250M+).
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- High initiative, independence, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable team player.
