      We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operator to operate a variety of machinery including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We specialize in heavy civil construction projects across [region/state], and we’re looking for skilled professionals to join our growing team.


      Key Responsibilities

      • Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
      • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
      • Follow site plans, blueprints, and supervisor instructions
      • Load and unload materials and equipment
      • Maintain a clean and organized work area
      • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

      Qualifications

      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment
      • Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
      • OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
      • Ability to read and interpret construction plans
      • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
