  Responsibilities
  
  Primary Duties: Manually prepares purchase orders for signature. Answers telephones, Customer service, manifest entry, Inventory entry. May be required to perform other miscellaneous duties
  
  Qualifications (Essential): Should be flexible. Ability to work for the set wage amount. Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules. Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions. Excellent customer service andfommunication skills. Able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit {quently or through the duration of the shift. Able to operate various office equipment as needed. Able to perform simple math calculations. Able to operate spreadsheet software applications. Able to operate word processing applications. Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with associates and/or customers. Able to write numeric and alphanumeric characters. Experience: 0-2 years related experience desirable. Working Conditions: The work involves risks or discomforts. working around moving parts and equipment, which require some safety precautions and/or the use of protective safety equipment.
