- Req#: JP-004966705
- Call provider offices to request and validate facility and provider addresses, and collect medical records for the HEDIS project.
- Perform data entry of change of addresses into the system.
- Upload records upon receipt.
- Document all outreach efforts.
- Run reports and work with MS Excel.
- 2+ years of HEDIS work or medical record review experience is Mandatory
- Record Review for HEDIS Experience & Data Abstraction experience is Mandatory
- Must be located in Texas

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00
