What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and deliver training materials for Family Service Workers and other educational programs
- Serve as the office receptionist, greeting visitors and directing inquiries
- Manage documentation, including composing and editing various reports and training materials
- Assist in training logistics, including correspondence with participants and preparation of post-training reports
- Maintain site-related purchasing, travel, and audit requirements in collaboration with the leadership team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Formal education equivalent to a high school diploma; plus one year of specialized training in business management or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an office setting or administrative support position
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to perform occasional in-state and overnight travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
- Experience with state purchasing and travel regulations
- Familiarity with AceWare training management database systems
- Previous experience in training coordination or educational program support
