What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and deliver training materials for Family Service Workers and other educational programs
- Serve as the office receptionist, greeting visitors and directing inquiries appropriately
- Manage documentation and record-keeping for training and administrative purposes
- Assist in training logistics, including preparation of materials and post-training reports
- Act as a liaison with IT staff and other departments for equipment and support issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Formal education equivalent to a high school diploma; plus one year of specialized training in business management or related field
- Three (3) years of experience in an office setting or administrative support position
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
- Ability to handle occasional in-state and overnight travel
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- Experience with state purchasing and travel regulations
- Familiarity with AceWare training management database systems
- Previous experience in training preparation and delivery
