      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle customer calls and alerts, escalating issues to Tier 2 team members as needed
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer incidents through various communication channels
      - Follow troubleshooting procedures using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs)
      - Maintain accurate and timely log entries in the ticketing system to meet service-level agreements (SLAs)
      - Manage basic email administration tasks, including user account configuration and password resets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1-3 years of IT experience with administration and support, particularly in Windows and Active Directory management
      - IT hardware/software knowledge, including experience with Windows, MacOS, and mobile devices (iOS, Android)
      - U.S. Citizenship required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
      - Desired certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft MCSE, along with Microsoft Azure Administrator
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced consulting or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
