What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls related to clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech
- Track, document, and resolve incident tickets in a timely manner
- Provide support in a 24/7 service desk environment
- Maintain a quiet, private workspace and remain in the phone queue for scheduled shifts
- Assist with equipment setup as needed, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent education and technical troubleshooting experience
- Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
- Exceptional listening skills and effective communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center environment
- Strong typing and English language skills, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated service philosophy in interactions with clinicians and colleagues
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
