What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls in a call center environment, providing support for various clinical applications
- Respond to service desk calls regarding clinical application issues, including workflow problems and user access
- Track, document, and escalate incident tickets in a timely manner
- Maintain a quiet workspace and remain in the phone queue for designated shifts
- Travel up to 10% of the time for equipment setup if required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of call center or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or an equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience
- Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. for equipment setup if needed

- Experience in a call center environment
- Demonstrated service philosophy in all interactions with clinicians and colleagues
- Proficient typing and English language skills (both verbally and in writing)
- Strong listening capabilities to fully understand caller needs
- Exceptional ability to work optimally in a fast-paced environment
