What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls in a call center environment, providing support for clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech
- Track, document, and manage incident tickets, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of issues
- Maintain a quiet and private workspace while adhering to scheduled breaks during an 8 to 10-hour shift
- Remain available in the phone queue for incoming calls, providing continuous support to healthcare customers
- Travel up to 10% of the time for equipment setup if required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare systems-call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience
- Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
- Ability to remain at designated workspace and handle calls for extended periods
