      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to incoming service desk calls from healthcare customers regarding clinical applications
      - Track and document incidents and escalate tickets as necessary
      - Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk
      - Read and analyze text on computer screens for extended periods of time
      - Maintain designated workspace and be available for scheduled shifts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Customer service or helpdesk experience
      - Must be located in Nova Scotia, Canada
