What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls in a call center environment, supporting healthcare customers 24/7
- Respond to service desk calls regarding clinical applications, including troubleshooting workflow issues and application errors
- Track and document incidents, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of tickets
- Maintain a quiet and private workspace with high-speed, wired internet for effective communication
- Remain in the phone queue for an 8 to 10-hour shift, managing scheduled breaks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in healthcare systems
- Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent education and technical troubleshooting experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. for equipment setup if necessary
- Must possess a working cell phone for communication and Two-Factor Authentication
