What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to provide guidance and support to callers
- Link callers to education, support, and local resources
- Provide accurate and efficient documentation for call interactions
- Handle high emotion, trauma, and grief of callers with empathy
- Uphold confidentiality and follow established policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling required
- Minimum of one year of experience, 2-3 years preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Home office setup with a private, confidential workspace and reliable internet connection
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with healthcare industry or mental health services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
- Licensure (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC) preferred
