      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare hematologic flow cytometry reports for review by the hematopathologist
      - Analyze and interpret data produced from flow cytometry testing to develop reports for pathologist sign-out
      - Provide verbal communication and consultation to clients and physicians regarding testing and results
      - Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and record-keeping standards required by regulatory agencies
      - Assist in training and development programs for laboratory staff and residents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field
      - Appropriate ASCP certification (MLS(ASCP), H(ASCP), or SH(ASCP))
      - Minimum of five years of high complexity hematologic flow experience
      - Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to maintain competency in high complexity laboratory testing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree or PhD in immunology, hematology, or a related clinical field
      - Applicable ASCP or AAB certification
