  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Achieve or exceed sales goals by promoting hematology therapeutic products within the assigned territory
  - Develop a deep understanding of accounts and customer sentiment towards ZYNLONTA®
  - Educate healthcare professionals and stakeholders in medical centers and oncology practices about ZYNLONTA®
  - Create and execute effective territory management and account plans using market data insights
  - Comply with laws and company policies while providing accurate information about ADCT products
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  - Minimum of 5 years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industry
  - Preferred experience in Oncology/Hematology and buy and bill products
  - Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  - Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

  - Established customer rapport and relationships in the geographic area
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
