What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve or exceed sales goals by promoting hematology therapeutic products within the assigned territory
- Develop a deep understanding of accounts and customer sentiment towards ZYNLONTA®
- Engage with medical centers, oncology practices, and healthcare professionals to drive demand for ZYNLONTA®
- Provide customer service and education on ZYNLONTA® with a patient-centered approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and effective implementation of sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Strong understanding of hematology and oncology therapeutic areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Commitment to compliance with applicable laws and company policies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in promoting oncology or hematology products
- Established relationships within the oncology community
- Familiarity with territory management and market analysis
- Ability to articulate clinical information clearly and effectively
- Demonstrated success in a sales role with a focus on education and customer service
