What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform HCC coding for Medicare Advantage and ACA programs
- Assist with regulatory audits and coding reviews
- Participate in educational meetings and coding summits
- Support departmental goals through accurate coding and documentation
- Identify and recommend process improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of HCC coding and/or coding and billing experience
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Risk Coder (CRC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of HCC coding and/or coding and billing experience
