      Description of the role:

      The High line service manager at Jaguar Land Rover Columbia will be responsible for overseeing the service department, ensuring efficient and high-quality service to customers.

      Responsibilities:

      • Manage service department operations
      • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service
      • Hire, train, and supervise service department staff
      • Develop service department procedures and policies

      Requirements:

      • Prior experience in automotive service management
      • Strong leadership and communication skills
      • Knowledge of automotive repair procedures
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

      Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation of $160,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year, paid semi-monthly
