Cabot High School - Assist in organizing and conducting practices and games.
- Provide individual and group instruction to improve athletic performance.
- Support the Head Coach in game planning, film review, and scouting opponents.
- Promote and monitor the academic progress and conduct of student-athletes.
- Help maintain equipment, facilities, and inventory.
- Ensure adherence to school policies, district regulations, and athletic codes of conduct.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture.
- Attend required meetings, clinics, and professional development sessions.
- Supervise student-athletes before, during, and after practices/games.
- Assist in transportation, fundraising, and other program logistics as needed.
- Prior experience coaching football (high school or youth level preferred).
- Knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Background check and appropriate clearances as required by Cabot Public Schools.
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds (equipment, gear, etc.)
- Ability to stand, run, and demonstrate athletic movements for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and travel for games.
- Must have the appropriate level core content are endorsement on teaching certificate

Job Title: Assistant Football Coach (High School)
