      Job Responsibilities

      • Research and understand performance characteristics of supersonic and hypersonic aircraft
      • Develop and test kinematic flight models for multiple vehicles
      • Integrate flight models with existing modeling and control software
      • Demonstrate performance in real-time simulation system

      Basic Qualifications

      • High School Student with sustained excellence in academic performance
      • Coursework or other experience in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering
      • Strong background in mathematics and physics
      • Understanding of kinematic flight modeling
      • Basic knowledge of programming
      • Sustained excellence in academic performance

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience programming in an object-oriented language
      • Demonstrated interest in serving the public
