Overview

Casey’s is looking for a dynamic, energetic high school intern who is eager to learn the business and our company by assisting Cybersecurity and making an impact working in an area aligned to your interests. You will be working closely with our team to support projects and attend meetings to get the full experience. You'll also build connections and relationships with other interns, coworkers, and leaders. This high school internship program is in partnership with Central Campus students. To apply you must be a student at Central Campus.

To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns.

There are available opportunities in many departments such as accounting, general business, and construction management options; but we are also willing to work with individual student interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to work approximately 32 hours per week, for 6 weeks.
• Interest in gaining work experience related to Casey’s business model.
• Gain business insight through in person meeting attendance.
• Priorities work based on business goals and supervisor guidance.
• Develop problem solving skills to achieve desired business outcomes.

Requirements

• High school junior or senior with an interest in exploring a career field available at Casey’s.
• Understanding of specific career fields of interest at Casey’s is a must.
• Knowledge of principles of design thinking preferred.
• Experience working in Microsoft programs a plus.
• Work may be performed in an office setting, construction setting, or maintenance setting based on internship for which selected.
