      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to inbound email leads, CRM prospects, and warm inquiries
      - Qualify and book high-quality appointments with the closing team
      - Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and automation tools
      - Maintain clean and organized CRM data (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus)
      - Assist in live client transitions and sales conversations as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in inside sales, BDR, call center, door-to-door, or appointment setting
      - Strong phone and written communication skills
      - Self-managed, high-energy, and results-focused
      - Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
      - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and stay organized
