      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to customer inquiries via telephone to provide problem resolution in accordance with service standards
      - Resolve basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and address updates
      - Maintain knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively
      - Analyze customer service needs and escalate unresolved issues to experienced representatives
      - Participate in a 24/7 call center environment with flexible scheduling

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience within the last 2 years
      - Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems and applications
      - Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
      - Ability to be on camera during work hours

      - Familiarity with payment processing systems and customer service best practices
      - Experience in a remote work environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
