      What you will be doing:

      As the HER Partnerships Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to craft and drive NVIDIA's engagement with higher education and research (HER) institutions. Your mission is to build go-to-market (GTM) programs that accelerate these institutions' missions and amplify the use of NVIDIA's powerful computing platform.

      • Develop and implement GTM strategies and programs with HER institutions and relevant partners.

      • Collaborate within a multi-functional internal team to ensure mission success, leading programs across various high priority HER domains.

      • Work with multiple NVIDIA organizations such as Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Developer Program operations for mission success.

      • Prepare and present quarterly opportunity pipelines and key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with leadership's vision.

      • Collaborate with NVIDIA’s Developer Program team to execute innovative business-development operations, including student programs, grants, and ambassador initiatives.

      What we need to see:

      We are looking for a validated leader with the following qualifications:

      • 8+ years of meaningful work experience.

      • Demonstrated ability running technology partnerships within higher education and research.

      • A master’s degree or equivalent experience in management, science, or engineering.

      • Ten years of experience in HER program management.

      • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional team environment.

      • A successful track record of envisioning, planning, and implementing new partnership programs.

      Ways to stand out from the crowd:

      • History of management experience leading teams to drive platform adoption.

      • Evidence of experience working with the global or international higher education ecosystem.

      • Experience effectively briefing senior managers.

      The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
