      We are hiring for an Operations Manager position in our Auckland office.
      Reporting to the Country Manager this role will be responsible for the overall and efficient running of the Operations/Customer Service department. Through careful leadership and strategic management, this person will develop strong relationships internally and externally and work hard to collaborate and create value to provide an excellent service experience.

      Key responsibilities include:
      • Development and succession planning of the Ops leads and team, as well as working closely to support the Country Management and the overall strategic direction and goals.
      • Recruitment, onboarding, training and development generally of the Operations team, through LEADS and other supporting platforms & programmes.
      • Workload, resource management and workload distribution, including optimisation analysis will be a key focus and priority for this role.
      • Overall responsibility for the Operational and Financial File Targets and results, working with the team leads including audits to ensure Financial File accuracy and compliance. Ensuring that Gross Profit integrity is maintained and or optimised at all times.
      • Managing vendor relationships in collaboration with Pricing Supervisor and ensuring vendor invoices/payments are processed in a timely manner and in line with KPI requirements.
      Knowledge and skills required:
      • The successful candidate will a self-motivated, critical thinker with a proven record of strong leadership attributes, management and analytical skills.
      • They will demonstrate commercial acumen and use their previous level experience to drive performance and engagement. The candidate will be an excellent communicator (written and oral) and possess diplomacy and positivity at all times.
