What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Maintain thorough knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certification in one or more of the following: CPC, CCS, RHIA, RHIT
- Minimum of 2-5 years of medical coding experience
- Prior experience coding with ICD-10-CM and CPT
- Functional knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional certifications in specialized coding areas
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with both clinical and administrative staff
