What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a primary source of support for the Health System
- Respond to requests for health information while preserving confidentiality
- Perform quality assessment reviews on release of health information
- Answer phone calls and provide information adhering to hospital policies and regulations
- Work as a team to meet department goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Prefer Associates Degree in Health Information Management with RHIT or RHIA certification
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical chart format
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related setting
- Must be able to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
