• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a Valid Class C Driver’s License, Must have two (2) years of driving experience, With an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical exam and drug screening
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our CDL paid training program. This program provides comprehensive training and support to help you obtain your Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and launch a successful career in the transportation industry. As a CDL Trainee, you will receive hands-on instruction from experienced trainers and gain valuable experience behind the wheel.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in classroom instruction covering safety regulations, vehicle operation, and industry best practices.
• Receive on-the-job training with experienced drivers to develop driving skills and techniques.
• Learn to safely operate commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers and other specialized equipment.
• Complete all required training modules and assignments in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate proficiency in vehicle inspections, maneuvering, and driving techniques.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, compliance, and customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training activities and progress.
• Communicate effectively with trainers, supervisors, and fellow trainees.
