- Experience working within behavioral health, recovery, human services, homelessness, or with disabled populations is a plus.
- Strong commitment to working with individuals with a mental illness.

- Ability to learn new tasks and skills quickly.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Washington State driver’s license and insurable driving record required.
- Must successfully pass criminal background checks.
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to use hands, fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- The team member frequently is required to stand and sit.
- The team member is occasionally required to walk.

All Team Members at Sound working 40 hours per week will be eligible for the following benefits:
General compensation range: $23.71-$34.73 per hour, depending on position and experience. Mobile crisis response team members earn an additional $7.00 per hour.
Clinical supervisor compensation range: $77,968.80 - $96,096 per year.
RN compensation range: $55.08 - $57.89 per hour.
