      NaphCare has a partnership with NetCE that provides CEU/CME for our staff. NetCE uses a rigorous peer review process to ensure that all activities and content are up-to-date. This service streamlines continuing education for all NaphCare Employees to meet state specific requirements for maintaining licensing.

      Responsibilities

      • Maintaining proper new hire documents to include credentialing.
      • Screen prospective candidates.
      • Complete offer letters
      • Interview applicants and vetting them for the position.
      • Explaining the benefits, company policies and parameters of the job to applicants
      • Handling the drug screen and background check process
      • Advising hiring manager and candidate of next steps
      • Onboarding new hires and assisting with new employee orientation.
      • Maintaining information within the ATS and data transfer into HRIS system.
      • Maintaining proper handoffs to ensure a positive experience.
      • Providing sourcing support to the Recruiting team as needed – may be involved with full-cycle recruiting at times.
      • Helping with social media and other marketing needs for recruiting efforts.
      • Processing new employee relocation reimbursements.
      • Conduct 30, 60, 90-day check-ins with new hires.
      • Conduct exit interviews.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
      • Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role within a recruiting and/or HR environment is required.
      • Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
      • Working knowledge of sourcing tactics for both passive and active candidates
      • Knowledgeable about employment laws and standards
      • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (verbal and written)
      • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite
      • Efficient in working within an applicant tracking system (ATS)
      • High sense of urgency to react to changing needs.
      • Customer focused with attention towards creating an exceptional experience.
