      Responsibilities

      The Records Technician is responsible for reconciliation of the discharged medical records for all patient types, charting of necessary physician documentation to the medical record of in-house patients, providing support to the Release of Information Technician and assisting the System Specialist with delinquency related tasks.


      Qualifications

      • Education
      • High School Diploma/GED
    • Licensure/Certification/Registration
      • Valid Driver's License
    • Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required
      • Computer skills, able to prioritize tasks, handling of patient health information, travel between campuses may be required.
