Contribute to planning and execution of client-facing projects that directly assist strategic business development
Review and analyze moderately complex historical research in online databases, institutional archives, libraries, and special collections that require an in depth evaluation of variable factors
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal and external customers
4+ years of Family Dynamics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience conducting independent archival research and organizing materials identified
Proven record of transforming archival research work into historical PowerPoint presentations and publications
Working knowledge of new and emerging historical resources, technologies, and digital humanities
Proven research skills in online databases, institutional archives, and special collections
Proven ability to work independently and as part of team to meet performance objectives
Ability to synthesize complex material into a clear and insightful manner in written, oral and digital formats
Experience translating documents from various languages, such as Spanish, German, Hebrew and Italian
Master's degree or higher in history or related field of study
