What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening and addressing customer needs during inbound calls
- Facilitate a seamless reservation process while adhering to defined guidelines and scripts
- Assist customers in understanding towing, hitches, and brake controllers
- Manage multiple responsibilities and efficiently navigate various business software applications
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to enhance skills and knowledge for effective customer assistance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must commit to working 40 hours per week, including shifts on weekends and holidays
- Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a clear and articulate speaking voice
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of towing, hitches, and brake controllers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with job-related assessments
- Familiarity with computer specifications, including Windows 11 and RAM requirements
