What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with reservations, ensuring a seamless customer journey
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide excellent service during stressful situations
- Follow defined guidelines and scripts to facilitate reservations efficiently
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer needs and expectations
- Participate in a dynamic four-week paid training program to develop skills for customer service excellence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
- Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a clear and articulate speaking voice
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of towing, hitches, and brake controllers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using various business software applications
- Previous experience in a call center or telecommunication environment
- Familiarity with U-Haul products and services
