      Job summary

      An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse with a background in supporting people living with HIV to join London North west Healthcare (LNWH) HIV services.

      This post is based in Hillingdon, however the successful candidate will be required to undertake some clinical work within other locations served by LNWH. This includes Ealing Hospital, Northwick Park Hospital and Patrick Clements Clinic.

      This is a great opportunity to contribute to the development of our HIV services and nurse led clinics.

      Main duties of the job

      The successful candidate with work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary HIV healthcare team in the provision of care to people living with HIV.

      They will have the opportunity to contribute to and develop the nurse led HIV clinics, and support the development and training of nurses seeking to start a career in HIV healthcare.

      The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of health and social care professionals, so that patients receive holistic support which helps them to understand their condition and make informed decisions about their care.
