      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead operational performance support by developing and monitoring key performance indicators
      - Collaborate with client leadership to identify and resolve root causes of performance issues
      - Oversee key client meetings to ensure effectiveness and accountability
      - Document and present weekly summary-level performance reports to client and senior leadership
      - Facilitate communication across teams to promote performance improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading a healthcare operations function
      - Proven operational leadership experience suitable for interim client roles
      - Current permanent U.S. Work Authorization required
      - Willingness to travel as needed based on client requirements

      - Experience working in a matrixed organization
      - Previous consulting experience in healthcare settings
      - Strong background in areas such as scheduling, revenue cycle, supply chain, or case management
