Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Head of Transformation and Sustainability to join our transformation team based in Herndon, VA.

You will be part of a team which strategically aligns our transformation strategy with the business strategy, dealing with internal collaborators and project leaders, while working closely with our technology team and partnering with our European counterparts. Your challenges:

• Developing and managing a team of six (6) people
• Developing and leading transformation programs and projects
• Supervising regional performance and implementing new tracking tools/metrics
• Defining the sustainability roadmap in North America

Your boarding pass:

• Required: At least 15 years of professional experience in project management within sophisticated industrial organizations with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in leading digital, innovation or transformation change initiatives
• Required: Progressive leadership experience including at least 5 years of people management
• Preferred: Confirmed experience and exposure to Aerospace and Defense Industry and understanding of the Aerospace value chain; past experience within Airbus Group preferred, past experience in a management consulting firm with focus on problem solving and operations.

Salary range:

Salary range based on the required profile: $140-$165K/year (including a variable bonus based on your performance).
