What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Passionately live the Same Day Response Policy
- Engage with board members and homeowners in the community
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for a portfolio of associations
- Plan and facilitate association board meetings and annual meetings
- Manage vendor relationships, including bidding and project management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least ten (10+) years of professional work or related experience
- Ability to attend or run evening meetings (usually 30-40 per year)
- High-level organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience and knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong customer-friendly and informative communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with gathering bids for large projects and project management
- Familiarity with financial statements and budgets
