      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute comprehensive selling strategies to maximize revenue and profitability within the hobby sales sector
      - Set and achieve sustainable revenue targets through effective sales planning and execution
      - Establish and run sales training clinics with the inside sales team
      - Coordinate and post sales in-store events to drive product awareness and engagement
      - Lead promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive online and in-store sales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One to three years of sales and/or customer service experience
      - Basic computer knowledge and experience with standard office software
      - Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication
      - Strong, active listening abilities
      - Ability to conduct independent research and explain diverse product lines with ease

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of boardgames and the hobby sales sector
      - Experience in working with retail partners and distributors
      - Passion for gaming and storytelling
