What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Elicit, develop, and manage business and functional requirements documents
- Schedule and facilitate portfolio review, requirements review, design review, and project status meetings
- Create, execute, and manage development test plans and scripts
- Provide daily technical support for systems and assist in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements
- Produce reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with ALM, Jira, SharePoint, SQL Query a plus
- Hogan experience in deposits
